Last weekend I had the pleasure of creating Christina’s makeup look for her wedding in Peacehaven. It was such a lovely, fun and relaxed wedding morning and all of her bridal party were so welcoming.
Christina opted for a soft glamorous bridal makeup look which incorporated lots of brown, gold and neutral tones. My all time favourite eyeshadow palette by Charlotte Tilbury in Dolce Vita was used to create this eye makeup look (this palette is a must if you like bronze and brown eyeshadows!).
I also blended in several individual cluster lashes to her outer eye to give a fluttery eyelash effect. This is a good alternative to individual cluster lashes all over if a less dramatic look is desired.
I used Charlotte Tilbury’s Stoned Rose lipstick to inject some colour into the makeup look. This is a beautiful warm nude/brown shade which complimented Christina’s skin tone. I always recommend adding more colour to the lips if a bride has chosen fairly nude makeup as wearing a white bridal gown can be draining on some skin tones.
The makeup products used for this makeup look are listed below.
- Estee Lauder Doublewear Light -0.5
- Laura Mercier Translucent Powder
- Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadow Palette- Dolce Vita
- Kiko Watrerproof Mascara

The Bridesmaids and Mother Of the Bride also chose fairly natural makeup looks which worked well with their beautiful dresses and hair styles.
